Popular Ghanaian actor, Kwadwo Nkansah ‘Lilwin’, is not so happy with the Charterhouse Ghana and DJ Black.

The Kumawood actor has threatened to sue both Charterhouse and DJ Black.

The reason being that none of his songs were nominated for any award but they still had the nerve to play them during the event.

This was in response to a question posed to him by AJ Sarpong asking him why his famous tracks including the viral ‘Mama Boss Papa’ were not nominated for any award including the much anticipated Most Popular Song of the year category.
Lilwin also asked if maybe his background as an actor was a stumbling block to him getting nominated and gave examples of other actors who switch to music but have gain much recognition.

He said, “maybe they think I'm an actor so I don’t fit in the music circle for my songs to be nominated. 50cent is a rapper and also an actor so why didn’t they nominate any of my songs, not even “I don’t think far” which became the nation’s anthem and I even did 4 collaborations with different artistes on them”.
According to him he has threatened to file a legal suit against VGMA and Dj Black for not nominating none of the songs, he [Lilwin] submitted for nomination during VGMAs, but had the guts to play his song during the main event.

Lilwin added, “I have talked to my lawyer and we are filing a legal suit against them, if my song not qualified why you should have to play it there”.
However, he quickly added that he was going to wait after the premiere of his new movie John and John before he would take any action.
